How long is shipping within Australia?

We ship all Australian orders via AUSTRALIA POST. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive once it has left our warehouse. We aim to have all orders sent the following business day from when your order is received. 

I would like to try on a garment in store, do you have a retail store?

We are an online-based fashion brand, however we do offer easy returns and exchanges. Please head to our returns policy page for further information on returns and exchanges. 

Can I edit my shipping address or order items if they are wrong?

Our dedicated team goes above and beyond to have your orders sent out as soon as possible, and therefore we can not always guarantee that we can cancel or make changes to your order. If your order has not yet been sent out, please email us on info@exquisitepolewear.com if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order.
